Booking & Cancellation Policy

At PONY Hair Society, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure the smooth running of our salon and fairness to both clients and stylists, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
If you wish to change your appointment time, please contact us as early as possible—we understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. This deposit is fully redeemable on the day of your service, provided the cancellation policy is met.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee or result in your deposit being forfeited.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 50% no-show fee, charged based on the value of the booked services.
No-shows may also require prepayment for future bookings.

Our policy ensures our stylists are valued for their time and that clients on our waitlist have a fair opportunity to secure appointments.
